2. Ordering & availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order, and items may sell out or vary. Menu images are for illustration.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already accepted. Payment is taken at the time of ordering via our payment or delivery partners.

4. Allergens & food information

Our food is prepared in kitchens that handle nuts, gluten, dairy, egg, soya, sesame and other allergens, so we cannot guarantee any item is free from traces. Allergen details on this site are provided for guidance only — if you have an allergy or intolerance, please speak to a team member before ordering.

5. Collection & delivery

Collection and delivery times are estimates. Delivery may be fulfilled by third-party partners subject to their own terms. Please check your order on receipt.

6. Cancellations & refunds

As our food is freshly prepared and perishable, orders generally cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun. If something is wrong with your order, contact us promptly and we'll put it right in line with your legal rights.

7. Promotions & "drops"

Limited offers and drops may have their own terms, availability limits and end dates, which we'll make clear at the time.

8. Intellectual property

The HOTBIRD & HONEY name, logo, branding, photography and site content are our property and may not be used without permission.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
